Step 2. Sizing kit delivery
Most orders are processed and delivered within 3 days. This kit includes sample ring sizers to help find your ideal fit.

Step 3. Find your size
Test the sample rings on your preferred finger. We recommend the index finger for optimal performance and accuracy. If you prefer another finger, the middle and ring fingers are good alternatives.

Step 4. Submit Your Size & get your Oura Ring
Confirm your size by visiting the link on the QR code card or here, and we will ship your Oura Ring to you. Feel free to share your sizing kit with friends and family.
