Warranty Claims

WEAREREADY.SG (Leader Radio Technologies Pte Ltd) is the official distributor of Oura Ring in Singapore.

The Oura limited warranty covers your Oura product against manufacturing defects under normal use. Oura warrants to the original end user purchaser that new products are free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Official Oura Ring products bought from WEAREREADY.SG or any of our official retail partners in Singapore are covered under international warranty through the Oura official website.

Oura products are distributed and supported locally by Leader Radio Technologies Ltd under authorization from Oura Health.
