Making a Purchase
Our online store is able to process a wide range of payment methods! We accept credit card, Shopback, Grab payment, PayNow and Atome Paylater’s financing option. For express check out, ShopPay and Google Pay are preferred.
If you have a discount code from us you would like to use, you can add it in the “discount code or gift card” box just before you check out. Selecting “Apply” will then activate the code for you to enjoy your discount!
Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received and verified. Your product tracking number will be emailed to you when the item is shipped. For any enquiries you may contact us at 6538 2972.
Upon checking out, there is the option to pick up your purchase in person. After making payment, you can collect your purchase at the Leader Radio Technologies HQ located at:

Warranty & Support
Yes! We offer warranties for selected products that come with our original warranty sticker pasted on the packaging. Read more about our warranty coverage here.
Registration is done through our online form, where you key in the purchase details and upload the proof of purchase.
You can register for your purchases' warranty here.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every order you place from us. If you are unsatisfied with any item you have purchased, you may choose to return the item(s) and request a full refund within 7 days from the date of our delivery.
Please note the following for our return policy:
- We’ll refund the payment method that you paid minus shipping and credit card handling fee of 3.5%. When refunds are processed on our end, your payment provider will retain their 3.5% in transaction fees. This fee will be borne by the customer to process the refund.
- Returned item(s) must be new and unused.
- Returned items must have labels and tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must be unopened, and any seal must be intact.
