All Jaybird warranty claims MUST submitted to link below to Singapore customers with the unit purchased from authorised resellers. There will be no more on-site support/services will be available.

WEAREREADY.SG (Leader Radio Technologies Pte Ltd) offers limited warranty to selected products that comes with our original warranty sticker pasted on each packaging. 

The limited warranty only covers factory defects for the period as quoted on the original warranty sticker from the date of purchase. That is with the condition that the product is used within the limits set forth in the product user's guide or under normal usage. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse or improper care nor does it cover any cosmetic damages or any defect caused due to normal “wear and tear” of the product. We reserve the right to revise or update its product specifications, software, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity. 

If the product fails under normal usage, please contact our customer support team to obtain instructions on how to return the defective product to us for evaluation. Please ensure that you have both the original proof of purchase (MUST) and original packaging (Optional), otherwise we may not be able to process your warranty claim. 

In no event, shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, its accompanying software, or its documentation. If after inspection, we found the product to be defective and satisfied the warranty coverage conditions, we will at no cost replace the defective product with the same or comparable product on a “best-effort” basis. 

Our warranty only covers product purchased from our authorised resellers and in Singapore only. 

For any of the situation below, please contact to Brand’s customer support team to get approval for an exchange via local distributor. We cannot proceed below cases without any approval from each Brand.


  1. Out of warranty product
  2. Defect/damage not covered under the warranty conditions
  3. Loss of original purchase/sales receipt
