NEXGIM and miniwalker Delivery Terms and Conditions
1) Under normal circumstances, for orders received at this moment, delivery will be made within 7-10 working days.
2) Upon receipt of order confirmation, weareready.sg will contact the customer by phone with the provided contact number, to schedule delivery
3) Free delivery is applicable within Singapore (excluding Sentosa and Changi Airport region or any other regions that are inaccessible)
4) Delivery to Sentosa or Changi Airport region is possible with an included surcharge that is to be borne by the customer
5) If there are extraordinary circumstances occurring on the delivery date, such as severe weather conditions, flooding, or any other Acts of God, deliveries may be delayed or withheld. We will contact the customer to arrange for a belated delivery.
6) In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the customer will have to bear the delivery charges for the subsequent attempts.
7) Extra charges will be incurred if delivery is to a destination not accessible by elevators and accessible only by walking on staircases.

NEXGIM Extra Delivery Charges to Sentosa and Changi Airport regions:
- Sentosa area: SG$ 20.00
- Changi Airport area: SG$ 20.00
AIRRUN Extra Delivery Charges to Sentosa and Changi Airport regions:
- Sentosa area: SG$ 30.00
- Changi Airport area: SG$ 30.00
